Upon achieving Black Belt at our centre—whether as a junior or senior—special Black Belt sessions are available at no extra charge.

At the Illawarra Karate Dojo & Family Fitness Centre, we recognise the dedication, effort, and commitment required to reach this high level. Unlike other styles, where children who complete the colour belt system must start over in a senior class, we offer a junior Black Belt program designed to allow young students to continue progressing.

All Black Belt classes are personally instructed by Sensei Hill, who focuses on the fine details of Kata and its practical self-defence applications in realistic scenarios. These sessions are exclusive to Black Belts, ensuring the highest standard of training within our club.
